The order may need to be canceled in the event of extreme temperatures.
It is expected the cold-pack(s) should arrive warm. As long as the chocolate is not melted, it is fine your ice packs are no longer frozen.
The most common reason chocolate melts in transit is that it is left outside in direct sunlight.
The best way to prevent this is to bring your package inside, as soon as, possible. Preferably within an hour of delivery.
ITEM CARE :
Store in a cool, dry space. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing the chocolate as it can cause it to bloom, even if stored for a short period of time.
It is, however, perfectly safe to eat and does not harm the flavor profile.
