LEISURE & JOIE now donates 3% of our total annual sales to the ACLU Foundation 501(c)(3), up from the previous 2% of our Signature* items.
LEISURE & JOIE is also part of the Stripe’s Climate Initiative. 1% of each of our sales go toward supporting projects that remove carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere and 2 trees are planted for every order with the help of theGoodAPI and Eden Reforestation Projects. We have a responsibility to leave a better planet for future generations.

FULFILLMENT
Orders are processed and fulfilled, by our small, in-house team at STUDIO JOIE.
Your orders are handled diligently, with the utmost care, and are processed Mon - Fri. Generally, orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days, but may take up to 5.
Please note, we do not fulfill orders SAT, SUN or on holidays. HOLIDAY fulfillment schedule may vary.
Circumstances including, but not limited to, elevated supply and demand, vendor shipping, holiday season, weather, COVID-19 related delays, force majeure, etc. may also affect timing of order fulfillment.
We will always do what we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion.
2024 HOLIDAY DETAILS
We are a small team (NOT AMAZON). We are prepared for, and anticipate, an influx of orders this holiday season.
For that reason, we will additionally fulfill orders Saturdays at STUDIO JOIE, as available, this holiday season.
Please note, our shipping costs have significantly increased this year and USPS and UPS notified their rates will increase during this holiday season.
To AVOID additional waste, increasing our current shipping rates, and adding fulfillment fees to your holiday orders, gift orders will not be gift-wrapped and shipped in the usual method.
We highly advise SHOPPING EARLY and having the order(s) shipped directly to you, especially if you are purchasing for multiple recipients a/o wish to gift wrap.
Orders MUST be received no later than 3:00pm PST, by MON, 12/16/24 to be shipped in time* for holiday. Orders received after that date, may not arrive in time.
We will maintain regular studio hours MON, 12/23/24 and THURS, 12/26/24 - MON, 12/30/24.
Orders received after 3:00pm PST MON, 12/30/24, will be fulfilled beginning THURS, 01/02/25.

We ship to all 50 states & Puerto Rico. Shipping N/A to PO Boxes, Military Bases or embassies.

We do not ship to any other countries at this time.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

All orders are shipped via USPS (final delivery via Canadian Post) or UPS (direct to your door).
FLAT RATE SHIPPING OPTION: $45 per order; Available for all 10 Provinces and 3 Territories

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We appreciate and value your business so our aim is to reduce the need for returns by ensuring we only offer you high-quality products you want to keep!
That said, LEISURE & JOIE is happy to offer online return support via our return request portal, within 15 days of your order’s confirmed delivery.
All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our team. Please thoroughly review our return process prior to submitting your review request.
Should you have a qualifying refund, expect the refund issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3-5 business days.
Unless explicitly waived by one of our team members, refunds are minus original shipping paid.
All returns are subject to our $5 restocking fee, adjusted against the partial refund.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED DURING THE PEAK HOLIDAY* SEASON.
LEISURE & JOIE does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.
If we messed up (We’re only human!) and the order you placed does not match the item(s) delivered to you, let us make it right.
Contact our team at orders@leisureandjoie.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos of the incorrect merchandise received and your order number in the subject line. You may also use the return request portal to notify our team, making sure you select “Wrong item(s) received” and uploading the photos when prompted.
We will ship the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
A pre-order item is one that is available for purchase ahead of being in stock. You may either purchase the item as part of your current order or sign up to be notified when the item is in stock.
Your in-stock purchase(s) will be considered "partially shipped", sent out per our usual schedule; with your pre-order item(s) sent separately once in-stock, at no additional cost to you.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
The following payment methods are accepted:
AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, PAYPAL, SHOP PAY, AFTERPAY (US & INTL CA), APPLE PAY* and LEISURE & JOIE gift cards.
*Please note: APPLE PAY is available while using Safari on MAC, iPhone or iPad through the latest iOS capabilities.
*APPLE PAY or GIFT CARDS can’t be used to purchase subscription products or member areas with recurring membership fees.

GIFT CARDS
When purchasing a gift card, customers go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase.
Gift card purchases are only possible as individual transactions, therefore, can’t be added to a cart with other items.
Purchasing multiple gift cards in a single transaction is not possible.
When redeeming a gift card, a gift card’s value is subtracted from the order total, which may include taxes and shipping, depending on the gift card’s value.
Gift cards can’t be used for subscription products or member areas with recurring membership fees.
Gift cards never expire.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
When purchasing a subscription item, customers go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase.
Subcription purchases are only possible as individual transactions, therefore, can’t be added to a cart with other items.
Purchasing multiple subscriptions in a single transaction is not possible.
Subscribers save their checkout details when creating a customer account and will be automatically billed, according to the terms of subscription renewal.
Subscribers will be billed the same date each billing period. Should there be no corresponding date (i.e. 29th, 30th, 31st) on the next cycle, the billing will proceed on the last date prior, that does (i.e. 28th).
Subscribers may manage or cancel subscriptions, at any time, through their customer accounts.
