• Return requests are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt, and/or by the next business day, if on a weekend/holiday.

    • Yes, our team must review and approve each request in order for items to be accepted and refunds issued.

    • Once approved, you will be emailed a pre-paid, trackable, return label for your order a/o a QR code for friction-free, boxless returns.

    • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

    • Original shipping costs paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly waived by one of our team members.

    • Approved returns will be refunded minus the initial shipping you paid and our $5 restocking fee, adjusted against the refund.

    • The partial refund will only be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3-5 business days.

    • LEISURE & JOIE does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

    • In an effort to reduce waste, whenever possible, reuse the shipping materials and place the return label over the original.

    • Drop off at your local USPS/UPS (whichever matches your return label).

    • To be eligible for a refund, following approval, returns must be received by our team in good condition, within 15 days of approval.

    • The "return-to-us" date will be noted in your approval notification.

    • Items received after the noted return date will not be accepted and are, therefore, not eligible for refund.

  • Ineligible items:

    • discounted/sale/final sale items

    • damaged/used, washed/worn

    • gift cards/orders

    • perishables

    • items received after the noted date

    • To be eligible for a refund, products must not be "ineligible".

    • Upon approval, products must be received by our team within the 15-day return window noted in your approval notification.

    • Items must be unopened, undamaged, unused, in original product packaging.
